10/08/1915 Dover Straits – Cleon and Equinox both Grimsby-reg Admiralty Hired Trawlers, at anchor close together in Dover Harbour a Zeppelin dropped bombs just after midnight Cleon damaged
One landed near Equinox exploded in water, Funnel and Sides riddled with shrapnel.
Three Equinox crew asleep in their bunks below were wounded, one rating died of wounds, four asleep, two ratings killed outright, one dangerously wounded but recovered.
